Which products does LD AGRO supply?
We supply five product groups: coffee (green and roasted); nuts and spices (cashew nuts, black and white pepper, cassia, star anise); coconut products (desiccated coconut, BBQ and shisha coconut shell charcoal, coco peat blocks); fresh fruits (Cavendish bananas, seedless limes, pomelo, fresh coconut, mangoes, aloe vera cubes); and frozen fruit products (passion fruit pulp and puree, frozen mango, frozen avocado).
Can specifications and packaging be customized?
Yes. Every market has different requirements, so we stay flexible on sourcing, specifications, grades, sizes and packaging. The specifications on each product page are a reference; send us your requirements and we will advise.
Do you offer private label and OEM?
Yes, for many products including roasted coffee, cashew nuts, ground pepper, shisha coconut shell charcoal, fresh fruits and our frozen fruit pulps and purees. Each product page states whether private label or OEM is available.
How is quality checked before shipment?
We coordinate product specifications, quality requirements, inspections and pre-shipment checks to help ensure that products meet the agreed standards before loading.
What support do overseas buyers get in Vietnam?
With an on-the-ground presence in Vietnam, we support you throughout the sourcing process: supplier communication, negotiation, inspection, loading and logistics coordination.
How are fresh and frozen products shipped?
Fresh fruits travel in temperature-controlled reefer containers. Frozen fruit products are pasteurized, frozen and stored at ≤ -18°C.
